★ Corrections /general Tos

  • It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of the character that should not be missed.

  • If you are not specific and do not provide full details & images up front, I will not accept the submission.

  • I will not do any changes that change my art style.

  • I won’t make massive changes past the sketch phase.

  • I have the right to refuse to correct something [this is if I have not made a blaring mistake.]

  • I will do at least 5 changes for free (it will cost 5$ extra for each change after the free 5 changes)

  • I will not redo a commission

  • General TOS:

  • Properly credit me when you use my art or post it

  • Tell me who the new owner of the character is before reselling/trading/gifting etc.

  • For logos/watermarks I don’t put my watermark on it at all.

  • Do not heavily reference my art

  • My art will have a watermark.

  • Commissions are only used for personal use, unless asked.

  • I have the right to cancel a commission.

  • You can't get another person to copy my art.

  • I don’t do refunds if in some cases there must be one I won’t cover the refund fee

  • Do not steal, trace, edit, sell or heavily reference my art without my consent.

  • Do not modify my art, you can ask for changes

  • Respect boundaries

  • I retain rights to the commissioned work. I may post work for my gallery & social media.

  • NO AI/NFTs usage is allowed

  • I don’t sell copyright of my art

  • If you are unable to be patient/wait for your commission please do not commission me.

★ Payment and Fees

  • I currently only accept payments from PayPal.

  • I do not accept payment plans

  • You must pay up front

  • I don’t do deadlines (I may depending on the situation)

  • If you don’t want your art to publicly be posted and used for my art portfolio the fee is 50$

  • If your commission is complex fee can range around 20-40$

  • (commercial rights fee is further down)

  • Do not harass me for progress on your commission

  • Cannot use on a pfp and banner on your social media where you profit off of without commercial rights

  • Can add to a website that has a gallery with credits
